Frankly, I was in a state of panic when I contacted you. I had just spent three weeks creating a customized website a tech friend was helping me design. Attacks stopped. Down-side minimal. Blows Cloudflare out of the water and am recommending you to anyone who will listen. Getting a few things blocked by the firewall that shouldn't be, but that's a small price to pay for security and being able to relax for a change.

This is the second time I've used Sucuri to clean up a WordPress account infected with malware, trojans and/or viruses. There's nothing more frustrating than taking every step possible to secure a site only to have it infected anyway. The first time it happened I tried cleaning up all the files myself. Needless to say it took days and still didn't get rid of everything while also breaking parts of the site. I started researching options and found Sucuri offered a professional service to address the issues I was having. I had already been using their free WP plugin, so was somewhat familiar with their product. Both times I have contacted Sucuri for help on two separate sites they have responded immediately and had the issues cleared up within a few hours. They even got my second site un-blacklisted with Google! This was critical as this site is for a dentist's office and we can't have the dreaded red-screen of malware death showing up when potential and current patients are trying to use the site. It troubles me a bit that I am SO pleased: I put in a ticket, the malware was removed, the site submitted for removal from blacklist. You did exactly what you said you'd do, and quickly, too. You always do. And that should be normal. But it is not. Well, unless you're Sucuri, that is.

I am new to all of this stuff (online security) and learned the hard way this week with my websites hacked with malware and pulled down by my hosting company. Lightning fast response cleaning my site and scrubbing it clean. Kudos to all for the help. Some interface issues have caused hiccups with implementing monitoring and fire wall assistance but it looks like those are now being worked on too. The site was down. I requested cleaning my webhost was restricting access. My webhost was reporting false positives making a completed work look uncompleted. You were cool and was advising them on the likely problem. They admitted some of the hitches was coming from their end. All is well now and thank you.

I was dealing with the possibility of my small internet business being blacklisted due to malware on my site. I don't know enough about Web security to be effective so I asked my SEO guy for advice. He suggested that I contact Sucuri. My site was cleaned of the malware and protection was put in place wit in 6 hours. After this I contacted the Sucuri support to move forward with installing the firewall. I was very nervous and thought that since my site was on a private server not in my control, Sucuri would not be able to install the firewall correctly. In practically less than an hour, a malware infected website I have been struggling with for close to a month was cleaned by Sucuri and my host unblocked and placed it right back online immediately.
